Botega Technologies have successfully executed a number of Aerial Cable projects (ALC) on different fibre cables in different provinces in South Africa.
Our team is equipped with proper certifications and gear to work on heights, confined spaces and for gas testing – when connecting into manholes.We have worked on Fibre To The Site (FTTS), Fibre To The Business (FTTB), Fibre To The Home (FTTH) and Fibre To The X (which refers to a variety of broadband optical fiber delivery topologies that are classified based on where the fiber optic line ends (FTTX).
Floating (Blowing) and Splicing
Botega Technologies is equooed with the correct equipment for blowing fibre and splicing. We hand pick our delicate team of technicians who understand the sensitivity in executing such type of work.

Our team have been involved in trenching small and big projects be it hand or machine trenching, we have hauled all type of ducts with different configurations as per client’s specification.
We pre-CAC all our civil work even before client’s inspections, all the necessary tests from Mandrel, DITs to DCPs we handle in house.
Our policy on civil work is to get it correct the first time hence we own a proper reinstatement team with qualified quality managers per team.
Our civil work includes and is not limited to building of trenching, manholes, hand holes, duct hauling, fibre hauling, testing and presentation.
We have handled different soil conditions from Dolomite to Clay to Hard Rock, any type.
Last Mile Connections
This is a very important part of our job as we connect into the clients premises.
We have worked on Single Dwelling Units, Multi Dwelling Units, Offices, Plots, Farms, etc.
This is the stage where we leave our clients live with their dwellings reinstated to their original format or even better.
